AGS: What inspired or motivated you to become a franchise owner?

When I tried the products myself, I saw that these products really worked. It didn't take a week, it didn't take a day, it worked right away. When I went to the Slim presentation, I was given two other products, I was given mental focus and I was given the Bio Life Slim. At the function, I felt the pressure leave out of my head which I had been suffering for the past three years from a car accident. So what motivated me to move this product was the fact that I wanted people's lives to be better. I know no one wants to be imprisoned in their body because when you have health issues, its as though you are imprisoned in your body, so I wanted others to be set free from their health issues. I also wanted to help people escape any economic situation they felt imprisoned by. I wanted to let people know there is a better way for life on an all-natural path.

AGS: How do you promote or advertise what you do?

We promote on the computer, we also spread the word to the people we know, we are constantly promoting. we also hold Bio Life Slim parties at Uno's Restaurant in Hamilton, New Jersey. This is where we introduce our product to the public. We also hand out fliers and business cards. We also have a website, www.pgdnews.com.

AGS: What tips or advice would you give to an up and coming franchise owner that wants to be successful as well?

I would say don't wait, come aboard, just go for it. If you have something you knew you couldn't fail at, why wouldn't you give it a try. I say give it a try. It doesn't require a great amount of time on your part, you can work at your own pace.

For all those folks out there that believe that the youth only cares about YouTube and IPad's, the NAACP has got news for you. This weekend, the Trenton NAACP Youth Council, will be hosting a Youth Empowerment Summit. The purpose of the event is to educate, empower, and enlighten individual young people between the ages of 8-19. Nowadays, with so many of the youth feeling powerless and without direction, this sort of event becomes particularly relevant as it gives them an outlet to not only be motivated, but also challenged. For those that don't already know, this event is open to the public.

People ages 8-19 get in free, while tickets cost $15 for individuals 19 years of age and older. There will be guest speakers and vendors from the Anchor House, the S.E.E.D mentoring program, and One Simple Wish (among many others) offering life changing workshops. The event will be held at 320 Hollowbrook Drive, Ewing, NJ from 10 am to 3 pm. Lunch will be served. Please come out and support the youth today in Ewing Township.
